What are your summer plans?
My summer plans are to get a job and support my daughter. I also plan to go to southern California and visit my family that I haven't seen in about a year. I also plan to get a great tan and come back next semester and work hard and get good grades.

My definiton of love would have to be trust, divotion, caring, loyalty, and total cumfort in who you are. I feel that if you don't love yourself how can you love another.

Whats worth fighting for?
My daughter is the first thing I would fight for because without her I would not be where I am today. I would also fight for my family, and friends because, without them I would not have the support to do what I am doing today.

Describe your dream job? What would you like most about the position? why do you want to do it?
I would like to be a crime scene investagater. I would like to do this job, because I think it is interesting and I could do a good job. I want to do this because it is a form of helping out the community and getting all the crimals off of the streets. This would also help to keep my friends and family safe. What I would like most is finding out all the ways to get fingerprints.

What can you do to get the most out of your time at Butte College?
I as a student can get the most out of my time at Butte College by doing my work to the best of my ability, and using the resourses that are offered. I can also learn what other people are doing to better their selves. I can also learn to make new friends and just do the best that I can.

If you had a time to volunteer, where would you volunteer? What would you do? Why? (if you do volunteer, describe what you do)
If I were a volunteer I would volunteer for the Red Cross and help all of the people that need help in the Katrina disaster. I would help them clean, rebuild thier home,and also help the people who are sick. I would do this because i know that i have a happy life at home and it would make me even more happy to make someone else happy too.

Decribe you superstitons or the superstitions or someone you know.
I dont really believe in superstitions, and I dont really know anyone that does. Althought there is this little old lady where I live that drives up and down the road that stacks small rock towers all along the road for mile. She is some type of witch docter and she believes that it will keep all of the bad spirits off of the road and keep eveyone who drives there safe.

What do you like about the town where you live in or where you are from? What would you change about it?
I am originally from Bishop California, but I grew up in Elk Creek California on the Grindstone Rancheria. I liked growing up there because you were allowed the freedom that normal city children would have. Like I was allowed to play outside and my parents did not have to worry to much about strangers or traffic. I would like to change all of the adult sitting outside drinking at all hours or the day and night, and all the drama. I would like to change these things because they should show their children a better example in life.

My daughter brings me great joy and she is the reason that I am in school today. My daughter Lynnea was born on St. Patricks day 2005 and was the greatest gift. Lynnea and I learn everyday and not only is she my daughter she is my best friend.

I would like to be remembered as a leader, independent, and a great mother. I would like to be the one my daughter can look up to and say I want to be like my mother. I want to be the mother who never gave up and the one who did her best to get my baby what she needed.

Describe a memorable teacher you have had. What was Special about him/her?
When I was in junior high there was this teacher who couldn't pronounce big or unfamiliar
words. She would have us read aloud and then if we got to a word where we would have trouble she would either have us sound it out or tell us what she thinks it is and, then we would say it wrong. When we would go to our next class we would ask the other teacher what it was so we would know what it meant. I think she was special to me because is was like we were teaching each other.

Describe someone close to you. What do you admire most about this person?
I admire my mother she is the closest person to me besides my daughter. She is very
a very happy person and always brings joy when she comes around. My mom is not only my mother but she take the part of being my dad also. She has had to take that part when I was 3 months old. My mom is there when no one else is around, she picks me up when I am down and gives my daughter and I all the love laughter around. She is who I would like to be as I grow. I want to be able to do something for my community, and explore something new every day. I think I will like the forensic part the most. I won't like the part where, it is time to go to a scene and not know what to expect. I want to do this because it interests me with how much technology has changed that no matter how much a criminal tries to cover up his crime and/or actions he will get caught.

What are your goals and/or expectations for this semester?
My expectations are to get my first part of my general education out of the way so,
I could get going on my classes that are required for crimonogly. I goal is to pass these
classes, so I can move on to what I need. I would also like to get to know the campus more so that I know where to go next semester.
